How to set or reset your account

To activate your account you must first reset your password. Please follow these 6 steps:

  1. Visit https://prospect.preston.ac.uk
  2. Do not enter any log in details on the first screen; instead click on 'Reset your Password'
  3. On the second screen, you will then be asked to enter your username or email; please enter the e-mail address that you provided on your application form.(Please note that your account 
     will not work if you attempt to enter another e-mail address. 
    If you have changed your email address please inform us and we will amend your personal details so that you will be able to access your account at a later date)
  4. Press 'Submit'
  5. Check your personal email account as you will receive a link to reset your password
  6. Set your own password.

If you have any issues logging in or need to update your e-mail address with us, please email info@preston.ac.uk In your email, please provide your full name, date of birth, telephone number 
and details of the issues you are experiencing.

If we have asked you to provide us with evidence that supports your application such as evidence of benefits, wage slips or a written assessment, these can all be uploaded within the 'Evidence Upload'
section of your account. Select 'Applicant Evidence' and follow the advice on the screen. If we have asked you to upload evidence of previously achieved qualifications, please select 'Exam Results/Certificates'.
